Remove your property from Scoprix
If your address is in our contractor lead feed and you'd rather it weren't, use this form. It takes one field and about ten seconds.
What we hold
Building-permit records published by the City of Los Angeles: the property address, the Assessor's Parcel Number, the permit number and type, the described scope of work, the declared valuation, the permit's status and dates, and the property's coordinates. These are public records — the City publishes them, and we read that public feed. We do not collect your name, phone number, or email from it.
What we do with it
We look for permits that suggest a property still needs a contractor — one that expired, one that stalled partway through, one whose work implies a follow-on trade — and we show those properties to licensed contractors as leads. That is the entire use. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising.
What opting out does
The property stops appearing in the contractor lead feed immediately, and it stays out permanently — including if a new permit is filed for it years from now. Lists that contractors had already saved are cleared too. You do not have to come back and do this again.
What we do not ask for
No proof of ownership. No account. No sign-in. We are not going to make you prove a property is yours before we stop showing it — the request costs us nothing to honor, and putting a gate in front of it would defeat the point. Give us the address or the APN and we'll take it down.
